Returns Policy
Easy 14-day Returns - Exchange, Refund & Store Credit Details:
Online- All fashion items that are unworn and without damage can be returned to our head office for a full refund* within 2 weeks from date of delivery by Australia Post.
The Clearance and Sample Sale items that are unworn and without damage can be returned within 14 days of your order date. Swish will issue a store credit. Store Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credits are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
The return process must be initiated within 14-days of receiving your parcel. If the 14-day window is missed, and you still want to return your item, we will not be able to issue a full refund. Please get in contact to discuss your situation and on some occasions we may be able to provide a store credit if the period is less than 21 days.

Simply fill out your returns form and place it with the items you wish to return, back to the above address. To ensure a timely turn around for your refund/exchange, it is imperative that you do the following;

If you wish to receive an online credit instead of a refund we are happy to provide you with account credit to use within a year.
In store return option?
Online orders can be returned to any Swish store as long as you email info@swishfashion.com.au to lodge the return BEFORE returning the item to a store.
Packing materials?
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn with swing tags in place.

You can exchange the size, pending stock availability, or swap it for another top of the same value. The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back to our head office.

This applies to any item in the Winter ‘26 Daywear. Excludes Basic Essentials and Evening Wear. Our standard return policy remains in effect for this promotion, granting you the option to obtain a refund online within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please note that if, after a return, your final order value falls below $150, the $30 voucher will no longer apply and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly. Any items retained will revert to full price. However, you are welcome to exchange the item for another top of the same value. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our head office.
