What can be returned?
Online- All fashion items that are unworn and without damage can be returned to our head office for a full refund* within 2 weeks from date of delivery by Australia Post.

*NB: refunds exclude postage charge.

Clearance Outlet and Sample Sale items can be returned for a Store Credit Only. These items cannot be Refunded.
The Clearance and Sample Sale items that are unworn and without damage can be returned within 14 days of your order date. Swish will issue a store credit. Store Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credits are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
The return process must be initiated within 14-days of receiving your parcel. If the 14-day window is missed, and you still want to return your item, we will not be able to issue a full refund. Please get in contact to discuss your situation and on some occasions we may be able to provide a store credit if the period is less than 21 days.

ONLINE ORDERS RETURN ADDRESS:

Items bought in-store should be returned to the store of purchase.

HOW do customers return items?
Simply fill out your returns form and place it with the items you wish to return, back to the above address. To ensure a timely turn around for your refund/exchange, it is imperative that you do the following;

1. Fill out ALL sections on your returns form.

2. Keep a copy of your tracking number to ensure that your parcel is not lost.

3. Contact our customer service team at info@swishfashion.com.au or call us on 02 8338 1888 to confirm that the garment you wish to exchange is available.

SHIPPING for returns?

If you return or exchange a garment you must post back to us at your own cost. If it is an exchange we will send the correctly size back to you free of charge.

CREDIT for returns?
If you wish to receive an online credit instead of a refund we are happy to provide you with account credit to use within a year.

In store return option?
Online orders can be returned to any Swish store as long as you email info@swishfashion.com.au to lodge the return BEFORE returning the item to a store.

Packing materials?
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn with swing tags in place.

If an item is returned damaged and has visible signs of wear and tear, we are not entitled to offer a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

Promotion "Mid-Year Mega Sale"

From Sunday, 7 June 2026 until midnight on Sunday, 14 June 2026, Swish Fashion is running a promotion "Mid-Year Mega Sale". This applies to all items in the Mid-Year Sale collection, which includes everything storewide with the exclusion of the Basic Essentials collection, found here: https://swishfashion.com/collections/plus-size-mid-year-sale. The items are between 20-60% OFF the original retail price.

Return policy for this promotion:
Our standard return policy remains in effect for this promotion, granting you the option to obtain a refund online within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Please note that items discounted 60% OFF and marked as Clearance are eligible for Store Credit only and cannot be refunded.

All other sale items remain eligible for a refund in accordance with our standard returns policy. The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back to our head office.

Exchange policy for this promotion:
Our standard exchange policy remains in effect for this promotion, granting you the option to exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your parcel. You can exchange the size, pending stock availability, or swap it for another item of the same value. The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back to our head office.
