Easy 14-day Returns - Exchange, Refund & Store Credit Details:

Please email info@swishfashion.com.au and we will send you a fresh copy to your specified email address.

What can be returned?
Online- All fashion items that are unworn and without damage can be returned to our head office for a full refund* within 2 weeks from date of delivery by Australia Post.
*NB: refunds exclude postage charge.

Clearance Outlet items can be returned for a Store Credit Only. These items cannot be Refunded.
The Clearance items that are unworn and without damage can be returned within 14 days of your order date. Swish will issue a store credit. Store Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credits are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
The return process must be initiated within 14-days of receiving your parcel. If the 14-day window is missed, and you still want to return your item, we will not be able to issue a full refund. Please get in contact to discuss your situation and on some occasions we may be able to provide a store credit if the period is less than 21 days.

Items bought in-store should be returned to the store of purchase.


HOW do customers return items?
Simply fill out your returns form and place it with the items you wish to return, back to the above address. To ensure a timely turn around for your refund/exchange, it is imperative that you do the following;
1. Fill out ALL sections on your returns form.
2. Keep a copy of your tracking number to ensure that your parcel is not lost.
3. Contact our customer service team at info@swishfashion.com.au or call us on 02 8338 1888 to confirm that the garment you wish to exchange is available.

SHIPPING for returns?
If you return or exchange a garment you must post back to us at your own cost. If it is an exchange we will send the correctly size back to you free of charge.

CREDIT for returns?
If you wish to receive an online credit instead of a refund we are happy to provide you with account credit to use within a year.

In store return option?
Online orders can be returned to any Swish store as long as you email info@swishfashion.com.au to lodge the return BEFORE returning the item to a store.

Packing materials?
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn with swing tags in place.
If an item is returned damaged and has visible signs of wear and tear, we are not entitled to offer a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Policy for Special Birthday Promotion
- Online order: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
- In-store order: No refunds. Store credit only.
- All returned items must be unworn and undamaged.
- If you return part of your order and no longer meet the "Buy 1 Get 25% OFF" promotion terms, the remaining items will be charged at full price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy for This Promotion
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
- You may exchange for a different size only (subject to stock availability).
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
