If something's not right, you can post it back to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. If the item is unused and in original condition we would be happy to provide a full refund. Simply fill in the return form included in your parcel, and post it back to our head office at 39 Kitchener Road, Artarmon NSW 2064.
