Prefer to order through one of our boutiques? Our store teams can help with styles, sizing and payment, and arrange for your purchase to be posted directly to you.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We’ll locate your chosen items and arrange delivery at our standard shipping rates. During your call, we’ll collect your contact details and delivery address, then process your payment. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
We accept Visa, Mastercard, ZipPay and Afterpay for phone orders. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept gift cards, AMEX, Diners or PayPal over the phone.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Online purchases can be returned to our Artarmon head office for a refund within 14 days.
Purchases, from a store, made over the phone or in-store can be returned to the store within 14 day for store credit.
