Terms and Conditions: Win a $500 Swish Wardrobe Competition

1. Eligibility: 1.1 The Swish Fashion $500 Competition ("Competition") is open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. How to Enter: 2.1 To enter the Competition, participants must sign up for SMS and email updates from Swish Fashion. 2.2 Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. Entry Deadline: 3.1 The deadline for entries is 11:59 PM (EST) on Friday, November 17, 2023.
4. Winner Selection: 4.1 The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries. 4.2 The winner will be announced on Saturday, November 18, 2023.
5. Prize: 5.1 The winner will receive a $500AUD voucher to be used at Swish Fashion. 5.2 The winner can choose to redeem the voucher in-store or online.
6. Notification of Winner: 6.1 The winner will be notified via the email and/or SMS address provided during entry. 6.2 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial notification, a new winner may be selected.
7. Prize Redemption: 7.1 The $500 voucher is redeemable in-store or online at www.swishfashion.com.au. 7.2 The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Public Announcement: 8.1 The winner's name will be announced via email and social media on Saturday, November 18, 2023.
9. Privacy: 9.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to receive promotional emails and SMS updates from Swish Fashion. 9.2 Swish Fashion will not share personal information with third parties.
10. General Conditions: 10.1 Swish Fashion reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions. 10.2 Swish Fashion reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition at any time for any reason.
